Sector: IT – Software Vendor

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our RevOps team. The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client objectives and tailor solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Oracle or SAP
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL methodologies or stong DevOps, Automation experience
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
