Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Location: Bellingham, WA (Onsite)
Job Salary: $150,000 - $210,000
Requirements - 8+ years of financial and accounting experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing essential teams like HR, IT, Risk and Safety
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Able to work full-time onsite in Bellingham, WA
Pluses (Not Required)- CPA or CPA Candidate
- Coming from Manufacturing background
- ERP implementation experience

As the CFO you'll be at the helm of financial strategy, human resources, risk management, and technology initiatives. This is your chance to work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to drive success, optimize performance, and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute financial plans to support growth and sustainability.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, retention, and compliance.
- Ensure effective risk management and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead ERP system implementation and optimize technology strategies.
- Drive decision-making processes to enhance business performance.
- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources across departments.
- Manage governance for related entities and oversee M&A activities.
Must-Have Skills What You Need for this Position - 8+ years of financial and accounting experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing essential teams like HR, IT, Risk and Safety
- Extensive financial reporting and operational experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
