Clinical Supply Chain Associate-Houston, TX

\nKelly Science & Clinical is looking for a Clinical Supply Chain Associate to join our client’s growing team and support the operational backbone of their GMP manufacturing environment.
\n
\nAs the Clinical Supply Chain Associate you will be responsible for general shipping, receiving, inventory management, stocking, material handling, and distribution of critical supplies—including bio-materials, medications, and samples. This role plays an essential part in ensuring uninterrupted operations by maintaining organized and accurate control over materials across warehouse and storage locations.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Perform GMP-compliant shipping, receiving, stocking, and administrative tasks.
\n• Complete warehouse transactions using inventory control software (NetSuite).
\n• Support periodic inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
\n• Assist manufacturing by kitting and distributing materials.
\n• Communicate with vendors, request quotes, and manage purchase orders.
\n• Write and review SOPs and change control documents for supply chain operations.
\n• Ensure documentation meets quality system and cGMP compliance requirements.
\n• Participate in facility safety programs and maintain clean, orderly workspaces.
\n• Train team members on SOPs and departmental procedures.
\n• Assist with various housekeeping duties as needed.
\n
\nQualifications:
\n• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
\n• Minimum 2 years in warehousing or supply chain within biomanufacturing, biotech, or pharma.
\n• Experience in GMP-regulated environments preferred.
\n• Familiarity with inventory control methods and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
\n• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n• Capable of executing and developing SOPs.
\n• Strong computer and communication skills.
\n• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
\n
