Our client, an AMLaw 200 law firm located in NYC seeks a Capital Markets Paralegal with 5+ years of corporate/transactional experience to oversee the annual submission of Form 10-K, a detailed report submitted by publicly traded companies to the SEC that outlines their financial performance. Salary: $125,000 to $150,000 (may be negotiable). This is a hybrid position.
