\n Hours : 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
\nThis position is ONSITE in Troy, OH , must be able to commute to Troy, OH

\nWhat does a  Dealer Analyst do?\n\n
    \n\t
  • Answer incoming phone calls in order to: assist dealerships with order entry automotive parts questions.\n\t
  • Actively listen to our representatives and their needs\n\t
  • Be able to effectively communicate in an articulate, empathetic, and professional tone. \n\t
  • Accurately record information in various computer applications (2-screens) during the telephone call or issue resolution process\n\t
  • Make outbound calls to resolve issues.\n\t
  • Research parts problems\n\t
  • Use dealership resources, SOP, good business judgment, and customer service skills to effectively solve issues\n\t
  • Proactively communicate potential issues internally with management and other dealerships via text, email, and/or phone in order to provide the best possible customer experience \n
\n Requirements: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Ability to stand (and walk) throughout entire shift\n\t
  • Remain stationary for long periods of time and complete repetitive motions\n\t
  • Operate office equipment \n\t
  • Maintain a professional business casual appearance and work space. \n\t
  • Attention to detail, quality minded\n\t
  • Team oriented attitude\n\t
  • Ability to understand verbal and written directions in English\n\t
  • Ability to work Saturday overtime as workload demands\n
\n Education/Experience:
\nHigh School or GED Equivalent (required)
\n2 years of experience (preferred)
\n Skills:
\nTyping, Telephone etiquette, Call Center Support, Customer Service, Email monitoring, time management, excel. 2 years of experience (preferred)
