About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll interact with customers through various communication channels, primarily email, to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You'll play an essential part in troubleshooting issues, analyzing situations to determine the best solutions, and managing client requests efficiently. Your ability to clarify customer needs and maintain accurate records will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Provide basic platform support and troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Communicate effectively across email and other channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For:

A High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with chat or email support.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Schedule:

1st Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:15 AM-2:45 PM
2nd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 9:30 PM-8:00 AM
Training Details:
Training will take place onsite for the first three weeks in Beloit, WI. After successful training, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule: 4 days remote and 1 day in the office each week.
