What You’ll Do:

Provide preventive dental care and patient education

Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and exams

Maintain accurate patient records using digital charting (Open Dental)

Collaborate closely with our dentists and support team to ensure the highest standard of care

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Illinois

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about patient care and oral health

Requirements:

Education and Training

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Operations Manager
