Location: Albany-area preferred; relocation to Sharon Springs, NY within 90 days required
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 (full-time contract, 16–18 months)
Start Date: July 2025 (contingent on contract award)
About the Opportunity:
A client of Blue Barn Growth Hackers (BBGH.ai), a creative AI Lab based in Sharon Springs, NY, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to support a 5-year destination storytelling campaign rooted in rural culture, sacred narrative, and AI-powered execution.
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will serve as the operational lead on a multi-platform, 5-year cultural tourism campaign. You will coordinate creative, technical, and field teams to bring stories of place to life — including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Japanese–American cultural diplomacy, the Sharon Springs Holocaust Education & Remembrance Center (SSHERC), farm-to-table tourism, and the future opening of the first true Ryokan in the United States.
