Front End Developer (Emails and Banners) San Jose We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front-End Developer (FED). The FED is responsible for completing front-end tasks and providing support to web applications. The FED should be able to work independently on basic tasks, assuming ownership for design and programming, and seek guidance from senior staff for more complex work. Regular progress updates and task estimates, approved by a senior or technical lead, are required. You will Translate graphic designs into standard-compliant HTML and CSS Implement data exchange between application layers via AJAX Collaborate with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery Convert graphical designs and wireframes into styled markup Follow best practices in implementing technical solutions Debug and troubleshoot simple issues in existing web applications Provide feedback on policies and procedures for continuous improvement Support and coach team members to enhance their skills Maintain clear documentation for projects following guidelines Handle complex issues requiring root cause analysis You have Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (B2+) Strong knowledge of modern development practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object-Oriented) Experience with automation and pre-processing tools like Gulp, SASS Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS Familiarity with data transfer formats (JSON, XML) and protocols ( Experience with version control systems (GIT) Ability to build prototypes and proof of concept Experience integrating solutions with Content Management Systems Troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills Experience consuming SOAP or REST web services Working experience with Emails or Banners development BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG, ADA) and SEO best practices Previous experience with pharmacy accounts Experience in digital agency projects, web development, SCRUM/Agile methodologies Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., MVC, observer) and libraries/frameworks (jQuery, React, VueJS) What We Offer: Extra days for maternity and parental leave Competitive benefits packages Vacation, sick leave, and flexible days Support services for families and new parents Diversity and Inclusion programs Internal learning and development opportunities Employee discounts across the enterprise At Critical Mass, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation and benefits.
