In this important role, you’ll provide essential care and support to our residents, assist with daily routines, manage household responsibilities, and help foster a warm, encouraging environment where everyone can thrive. Now Hiring for the Following Shifts: • Full-Time Days: 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM) • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday • Full-Time Nights: 12-hour shifts (6 PM–6 AM) • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday • On-Call: Flexible scheduling based on your availability What You’ll Do: • Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal hygiene • Keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Monitor safety and well-being, especially during overnight shifts • Build meaningful relationships and create a supportive atmosphere If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a caring, purpose-driven team, we invite you to join the Winds of Change family! Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living • Address communication skills • Identify and implement symptom management skills • Develop social support systems • Cleaning common areas • Assist with medication distribution • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager • Ability to maintain regular attendance • Complete required documentation in a timely manner Qualifications: • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED • Experience: No Experience necessary • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally About Company: Winds of Change is a mental health clinic dedicated to inspiring change, fostering hope, and promoting recovery.
