Job Summary: 10-month certified position

About the role:

The Instructional Facilitator serves as a key support for ensuring effective instructional practices and compliance with the RTI² framework. This role is primarily responsible for guiding and monitoring RTI² processes, including data collection, progress monitoring, and intervention fidelity. Additionally, the facilitator collaborates with teachers to enhance instructional planning, analyze student data, and implement evidence-based strategies that support academic growth. The position is funded through Title programs and is designed to strengthen both student achievement and instructional effectiveness across the school.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Valid Tennessee license with an endorsement in grade/subject area

• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, preferred.
  • extensive experience in grade band or ELA/math
  • LOE of at "above expectations" or "significantly above expectations"
  • Individual TVAAS of 4 or 5
• Governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Tennessee Code Annotated and the collective bargaining agreement
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position

We value honesty and transparency in our hiring process. Our salary range for instructional facilitator positions is $56,055.20 to $85,589.27, determined by verified years of experience and recognition of a Master's degree.
