Job Description

Described as the “Uber of Content,”  Social Native  is a marketplace technology platform that empowers brands to scale high-quality content creation and optimize digital performance across social and commerce channels. By connecting brands with a diverse network of global creators, we streamline production and deliver creative solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and brand relevance.

Our clients include some of the world’s most iconic brands—Unilever, Adidas, L’Oréal, Crocs, Nestlé—and we’re trusted to produce user-generated content (UGC), branded campaigns, Spark Ads, and creative performance assets at scale.

As we expand our platform capabilities, we’re looking for a  Junior UI/UX Designer  to join our  Product Design team in Los Angeles  and help evolve the creator and brand experience across the ecosystem. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity working closely with Product, Engineering, and directly with our CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Prototype  intuitive, modern web and mobile interfaces that power our creator marketplace and brand dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally  with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring features from concept to launch.
  • Own workflows  in Figma—from low-fidelity wireframes to clickable prototypes to polished handoff-ready mocks.
  • Contribute to product thinking  by understanding user needs, mapping flows, and translating requirements into smart, scalable UX.
  • Validate through feedback  by participating in user interviews, conducting lightweight usability tests, and iterating based on feedback.
  • Help scale our design system  by creating reusable components and contributing to documentation and consistency standards.
  • Work onsite  and participate in strategic whiteboarding, live testing, and team critiques from our West Hollywood office.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in a UI/UX or product design role (internships, freelance, and side projects welcome).
  • Strong  Figma fluency —you should feel at home designing and prototyping in it.
  • A thoughtful portfolio that showcases your design process, interaction thinking, and ability to solve real product problems.
  • A product mindset—you care as much about  why  something is built as  how  it's designed.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and best practices for web and mobile.
  • Clear, concise communication—you can explain your ideas to both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • High attention to detail, but also open to rapid iteration.
  • Must be  based in Los Angeles  and available to work in-office at least 4 days per week.

Why Join Social Native?

  • Work directly on a platform used by leading global brands and thousands of creators.
  • Shape experiences that touch both sides of a fast-growing two-sided marketplace.
  • Learn from a seasoned product team and gain mentorship across product, design, and engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and contribute to strategic product initiatives from day one.

Social Native Perks

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Attractive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Unlimited vacation policy.
