Position Summary

Zona Facta Collective is currently seeking qualified, dependable Armed Security Officers for multiple contracts across Texas. This is a full-time W-2 employee position offering a variety of assignments based on your experience, licensing, and qualifications.

Officers will work across diverse environments including static posts, roving patrols, commercial and residential sites, and may participate in fugitive recovery, private investigations, or executive protection assignments, depending on eligibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and proactive security services tailored to the needs of each contract
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols and respond to incidents as required
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate with team leads and clients as necessary
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and professionalism at all times
• Represent Zona Facta Collective with integrity and accountability

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level III Commission License (Card in Hand Required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must possess your own equipment:
  • Duty pistol (firearm)
  • Duty belt
  • Body armor (vest)
• Reliable personal vehicle for moderate travel to various assignments
• Military and/or law enforcement experience preferred (exceptional civilian candidates will be considered)

Uniform & Appearance

• Uniform Shirt: Provided by Zona Facta Collective
• Pants & Footwear: Black tactical pants and black boots (provided by the officer)
• Officers are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
