Established CPA firm specializing in family-owned businesses and high net worth clients is seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee administrative functions of professional office as a working team member in a very collaborative environment. This 100% onsite role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced office during tax season with much a much calmer environment the balance of the year. If you are a strong communicator who can juggle multiple priorities with ease, we would love to hear from you. Prior experience with an accounting firm is desired.

 

Duties

· Prepare, proofread, and format documents

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of workflows

· Order and maintain office supplies

· Coordinate with facility vendors/contractors as necessary

· Maintain client contact via phone and email

 

Requirements

· Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel

· Experience with tax software (UltraTax a major plus)

· Experience with QuickBooks
