Pool Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level) – Rainbow Pools
Location: Serving Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Orange, and Ulster Counties
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Experience Level: Entry-level (Training Provided)
Rainbow Pools is looking for a reliable, motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to build a career in a high-demand industry — no prior pool experience required.
What You’ll Do:
Clean and maintain pools on a routine schedule
Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment like pumps and filters
Use hand and power tools to complete service tasks
Identify and resolve maintenance issues
Maintain clear service records and ensure safety standards
Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
Dependable with strong work ethic and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Team player with a professional attitude
