Job Summary The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and organized. They participate in team member performance evaluations, support store hiring decisions, act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD), and deliver a world-class guest experience when on the floor. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy. Manage inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs. Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing. Create a fun and productive environment for inventory management. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through and product availability. Analyze business data to inform actions and provide recommendations. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Support team development through feedback, coaching, and recognition. Foster an inclusive team environment. Lead from the floor during scheduled Supervisor on Duty shifts to ensure excellent guest service and product education. Job Requirements Eligibility Legally authorized to work in the store's country. Reliable transportation to the store. Schedule/Availability Varies based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights during peak times. Experience At least 1 year of work experience. Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, stocking, or logistics. Leadership or mentorship experience preferred. Assets High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail, sales, or warehouse operations. Food safety or liquor certification (for food/beverage stores). Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $21.50 - $24.74/hour, with potential bonuses and benefits including health, dental, retirement, discounts, fitness classes, and development programs. Total compensation varies based on location and experience. Additional Details Position is full-time at mid-senior level, in retail management.
