Job Title: Program Manager
Location: St. Joseph, MI (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
Manage complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to drive on-time delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure successful product launches.
Oversee and execute all phases of the APQP process , ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, driving communication and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering , or related field required.
5–10 years of experience in Program Management within manufacturing, automotive, or tool & die industries.
Strong knowledge and application of APQP and related automotive program management methodologies.
Highly organized, disciplined , and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
