Job Summary
We are seeking a talented motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing IV infusion and wellness spa., The DRIPBaR North Miami Beach. The DRIPBaR North Miami Beach is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and health-conscious individual interested in sales, marketing, and wellness. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain real-world experience in a growing IV infusion and wellness spa. You'll learn firsthand how to engage with clients, promote wellness services, and contribute to business growth. You will be responsible for generating new business, converting leads, and promoting our IV therapy services, memberships, and wellness packages.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an AA or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences.
• Proven experience in sales—preferably in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or health services.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational habits, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Passion for holistic health, preventative medicine, and client care.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation model.

Requirements

• Promote and sell IV infusion therapies, wellness programs, and add-on services.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, in-person outreach, social media, and follow-ups.
• Educate prospective clients about the health benefits of IV therapy and wellness treatments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and strong knowledge of KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Collaborate with the spa team to provide a seamless client experience from consultation to post-service.
• Attend marketing events and wellness expos when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

• Commission-only (10-20% of sales depending on volume of sales).
• $0-$15,000 in sales - 10%, $15,001 and up - 20%
• Bonuses for membership targets.
