The Senior Clinical Provider Talent Partner will be responsible for applicant attraction, candidate screening, and hiring of clinical providers consisting of Physician and Allied clinical professionals. The incumbent will provide customer focused service along with serving as the talent acquisition SME in all activities in the pursuit of CareAbout’s “Right Hire” talent acquisition strategy. The Sr Clinical Provider Talent Partner will be responsible for recruitment full cycle best practices within an intra-disciplinary team to enhance candidate experience and bring a consultative approach to CareAbout’s hiring teams. The Sr Clinical Provider Talent Partner is charged with maintaining cohesive team communications on talent acquisition metrics, standards, and TA transformation/enhancements to hiring managers along with other internal associates. The Sr Clinical Provider Talent Partner will be an integral part of CareAbout’s people operations team strategizing and leveraging your skills in pursuit of hiring top talent. Senior Clinical Provider Talent Partner will ensure consistency and compliance with CareAbout’s and CareAbout’s integrated companies employment policies and programs as well as support initiatives of People Operations. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Leading a team of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) ensuring People Operations is Proactively drives the development, implementation, and administration of a growth-focused People Operations programs for the organization. Partner with internal business clients to determine people’s operations priorities that will enable superior business operations and outcomes. Lead efforts to improve employee engagement and retention among employees by enhancing overall work experience, development activities, and recognition and reward programs. Ensure the highest level of accessibility and customer service to the leadership team and field-based staff. Contribute thought leadership around people and process improvements that will achieve greater efficiency, quality, and satisfaction in the organization. Create and facilitate training programs as needed to support corporate initiatives. Deliver professional-level Human Resources guidance and recommend improvements in such areas as compensation, career development, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration between across the organization. Operationalize current Human Resources procedures ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local employment regulations. Other duties as required. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent combination of education, or experience in lieu of degree. 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience in physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant recruitment. 7+ years of experience as a recruiter in a 3rd party or recruitment agency (5-years recruiting, 2-year sourcing can be substituted). 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare services environment required. Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated effective influencing competencies and thought leadership. Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws. Advanced proficiency in computer-based programs such as MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems iCIMS, WorkDay, UKG), online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated success in change management and process adaptation. Analytical and organization skills. Experience/Skill in reporting TA metrics in a graphic basis. Experience/Skill in detailing solution recommendations on TA production gaps. Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with competing deadlines in an effective manner. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with WorkDay. Physical Requirements: Mainly sedentary. Sitting at the desk most of the day. Standing or walking less than two hours per day. Lifting no more than ten pounds on rare occasions. Must be able to work at a computer and answer phone calls on a regular basis.
