We’re looking for a SR PRODUCER, GLOBAL BRAND to partner with our Creative Operations, Creative Sports and Brand Marketing teams, to deliver best-in-class photo and film campaigns. You will leverage and develop strong partnerships both internally with working teams and stakeholders, and externally with artists, production partners and vendors to bring creative concepts to life. You are a creative problem solver and key partner to the creative team to help drive the creative process. You are a leader, and have a love of people and production, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be amazingly organized throughout.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensure seamless execution of Global campaigns and top tier initiatives through all production phases
Partner with key project leads and cross functional partners to meet production & business requirements of each assigned project from brief to delivery
Manage project risks by identifying options and impacts, offering solutions to remove obstacles, and enrolling executive stakeholders
Own and manage large budgets (1MM+) and multi workstream timelines and production schedules through the projectlifecycle, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Grow and evolve production vendor roster, sourcing best in class production partners to bring creative concepts to life
Always be in the business of building and crafting your rolodex of best in class partners to suggest and work with
Manage all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing needs, working in partnership with cross functional partners across legal, insurance, and asset protection teams
Works collaboratively with internal legal, insurance, and asset protection teams, and external Business Affairs as required
Maintain a robust creative vendor database, leveraging and managing relationships to support in daily work
Identify production opportunities and create/evolve processes that foster efficiencies, drive results and support the growth and optimization of the function
Provide expertise on production related questions across business, providing training and mentorship to production team, creative team and partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
8-10 years of relevant global production experience required
Previous experience in production required. Agency experience preferred.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing and creative teams, as well as business stakeholders
Experience working within a global retail organization preferred
Experience leading creatives through timelines and decision gates
Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
The ability to travel is required

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $103,500-$135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
