General Description / Purpose The role of the Technical Analyst is to act as a technical resource to provide software solutions that meet the technical requirements of Lorams internal customers. Essential Job Functions Functional and Technical Skills Create custom PL/SQL solutions within our ERP and mobile apps system. Provide system administration functions for ERP and Mobile applications. Develop, test, and deploy code into the appropriate environment. Oversee and maintain control versions like GitHub as part of code development. Identify and resolve complex production issues. Monitor system processes to guarantee high uptime. Prepare technical documentation for code and design changes. Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user applications. Develop procedures and documentation for testing, data validation, and training. Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and solutions to system issues. Create basic reports from SQL/Oracle databases using appropriate tools. Operational Excellence Partner with business analysts to lead end-user training and testing, documenting user guides, training materials, processes, and test plans. Provide technical expertise to help translate business needs into technical designs. Analyze and estimate software requirements and feasibility within time and cost constraints. Design user-friendly applications utilizing internal or external resources for data entry, reporting, and integration. Coordinate with third-party solutions for effective system integration.
