Job Title: Trade Operations Analyst

Location: NYC (hybrid)

Salary: $100k - $130k + Bonus

Summary:

We are representing a leading hedge fund seeking skilled trade operations professionals to join their expanding team. In this role, you will confirm and execute long-short trades promptly while handling additional tasks. You will collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, brokers, and other relevant parties, contributing to the team's market growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full trade lifecycle for an array of asset classes.

The Hedge Fund Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

• Working with trading, fund accounting, technology and risk teams to oversee all trade lifecycle events, with emphasis on total return swaps and bank debt
• Handle swap resets, trade bookings, corporate action processing, P&L inquiries, and daily reconciliations in Geneva
• Coordinate ClearPar timelines and finalize loans on ClearPar
• Set up and maintain loans in Geneva, including functions like PIKs and paydowns
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with internal and external resources to develop detailed requirements for issue resolution
• Review daily transactions, positions, and cash reconciliations for TRS and loan payments

The Hedge Fund Trade Operations Analyst should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, economics or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in interest rate swaps, CDS, and other derivatives
