Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through CCTV and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
• Investigate incidents of theft or loss, documenting findings and preparing reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required to address criminal activities.
• Provide assistance during emergency situations, including evacuations and medical emergencies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security measures implemented.

Requirements

• Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is essential.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in criminal justice or a related field is a plus.
