Our team

Applicant will be responsible for collecting and confirming consultants’ customer approved timesheets against what has been reported internally. Applicant will ensure all proper documentation has been provided for revenue to be recognized. As the first step in the Revenue Department, the applicant will be responsible for understanding the importance of working within hard deadlines for the Invoicing team to bill out invoices and the Accounts Receivable team to receive payments. Working with high accuracy and sense of urgency to maintain their workload is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Business Administration/Management OR 3+ years of relevant experience in a Revenue Recognition Role
• Intermediate Excel knowledge – VLOOKUP and CONCAT formulas, Pivot Tables
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Data Entry Management
• General Mathematic skills
• Great customer service skills
• High accuracy and sense of urgency
