Our challenge

We are seeking a highly experienced Agentic AI Engineer (Google Agentspace Specialist). The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex applications. Candidate will lead projects that leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance the software solutions and drive efficiency across development processes.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte, NC / North Brunswick, NJ is $150k - $190k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI agents within the Google Agentspace ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Drive innovation around autonomous decision-making, workflow automation, and agent orchestration.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of agent-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on agentic systems or autonomous agents.
  • Strong understanding of Google Agentspace or similar frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, BabyAGI).
  • Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript for AI solution development.
  • Experience with LLM integration and reinforcement learning techniques is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in agile POD structures.
