Your Role at Baxter This is where your ideas lead to success As a US Commercial Marketing Manager, you will bring research-based ideas and marketplace knowledge. The US Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing tactical marketing plans and initiatives for Core Products (Surgical Tables, Surgical Lights, Booms, and Table Accessories) within Baxter’s Global Surgical Solutions Division (GSS). What you'll do: Provide “US Regional” Product Management oversight for the Surgical Tables & Accessories Portfolio. Implement the successful launch of core products; develop objectives, tactics, critical metrics, and training plans for the US market. Create and implement pricing strategies, market & competitor analysis, promotional programs, market research, partnership programs, Continual Education (CE) programs, and channel strategies. Support marketing, sales, and technical efforts at conferences, user meetings, customer sites, workshops, and other events. Deliver marketing tools based on US customer unmet needs and value propositions for healthcare partners and sales teams. Work with marketing communications to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. Collaborate with Sales teams to implement marketing programs and target lists to meet sales and share objectives. Provide market feedback on healthcare trends, economics, partnerships, KOLs, and competition for current and new products. Partner with global marketing to communicate needs and claims to differentiate our portfolio. Support sales training with materials and support for customer-facing and internal education programs. Assist the sales team in all deal stages, including customer meetings, demonstrations, RFPs, and proposal preparations. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably in medical devices or surgical equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deliver engaging presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; working knowledge of ERP systems. Ability to interpret technical manuals, bulletins, and schematics. Expertise in marketing and branding, with an understanding of product development and customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, show initiative, and lead ideas. Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments. Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Baxter supports workplace flexibility with a minimum in-office presence in Deerfield, IL, aligned with local laws and needs. Compensation for this role ranges from $104,000 to $143,000 annually, with potential bonuses, based on market data, skills, experience, and location.
