Job Description

Overview: Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to add some great talent to our amazing Corporate Training team. You would be of vital importance to the growth of our company. We are not looking for someone to go through the motions, we want someone who genuinely wants to see the people around them grow and be successful. Each trainer at our company owns a specific area of training and are responsible for assessing the needs of those areas, building curriculum, engaging with employees, and using feedback to drive that positive change. Training can range from onboarding, to product training, to leadership training, and personal development training. This is a M-F, full-time salaried position that some remote work is possible. You'll onboard and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week. Wage: Up to $80,000/year Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Provide coverage to other training programs as needed. Support Groups throughout the company through short and long-term assignment to help them build out training and resources needed to drive products and services forward. Facilitate training using blended learning styles, incorporating live facilitation and e-learning techniques. Develop engaging and interesting training content that can be delivered verbally, written, and in video. Develop strategies and career-path resources/programs that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. Identify training needs based on knowledge/skills gap assessment, employee and leader feedback, and proactively partnering on company updates to products and processes. Liaise with appropriate teams to understand new products and services being rolled out, and deliver related training. Have the ability to facilitate training up to 8-hours a day. Requirements: 3+ Years of Experience - Designing and delivering service and/or product training, and professional development training as a professional Trainer in a corporate environment. Required Knowledge & Skills - Comprehensive knowledge and skills in instructional design, applying adult learning principles, training evaluation, written communication, and group facilitation and management with the ability to present complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Virtual Training & E-Learning - Experience developing e-learning courses and content, including training videos, interactive activities, and utilizing gamification techniques. Training Program Development - Experience building training programs focused on professional development and leadership development topics. Training Evaluation - Experience conducting needs assessments and measurement techniques that gauge learning objectives and outcomes paired with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Change Management - Experience providing training and support to employees during periods of organizational change, such as implementation of new systems or processes. This may involve helping employees adapt to new ways of working. Adaptability - In training style, learning objectives, and overall working environment. Self-Driven - Can effectively work independently but can also collaborate with a team when needed. Technical Aptitude - Strong computer skills, ability to navigate systems to gather information, and ability to utilize video editing tools to create virtual learning materials. Positive Attitude - Coachable with the ability to both take and provide feedback. Preferred 5+ Years of Experience - Designing and delivering service and/or product training, and professional development training as a professional Trainer in a corporate environment. Preferred Certification Preferred - Whether it is a Training certification such as the Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD), or another accredited certification. Specialty training area certifications are also desirable, such as a certification in instructional design, change management, project management, and/or another soft/hard skills area. Preferred Organizational Professional Development - Experience developing strategies and career-path resources/programs that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across an organization.
