Pay Rate:
Pay ranges from $14.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Hours: Work 8 hours between 7 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You’ll be:
• Responding to customer inquiries and performing research as needed to resolve inquiries.
• Reviewing and adjudicating claims and/or appeals.
• Identifying incorrectly processed claims and processing adjustments and reprocessing actions according to department guidelines.
• Entering claims into the claim system after verification of correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of call center experience OR a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Have 1 year of claims experience (preferred)
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Have good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
• Exhibit basic business math proficiency.
• Are able to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
