We're looking for an exceptional Access Control Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and care to our valued dealers. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Total Property Wireless Access Control systems and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert troubleshooting assistance to dealers via phone
• Assess and verify the accuracy of installation setups (wiring, power, signal strength, etc.)
• Resolve complex technical issues related to access control systems
• Collaborate with our team to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

• Access Control industry
• Cellular industry
• Keypad entry systems
• Video solutions
