This role involves leading and directing 2-3 Agile teams supporting multiple Agile projects or one larger project. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will ensure adherence to Agile best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to maintenance. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring teams, facilitating meetings, removing impediments, and providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also support broader organizational Agile adoption through training and coaching.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize Jira to manage the sprint backlog, Epics, Stories, and workflow.
- Manage project scope and timelines through sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach the organization on Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Work with product owners to manage backlogs and resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with technical managers to remove obstacles and implement changes.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Guide teams toward higher Agile maturity and foster a productive environment.
- Follow project management methodology and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years managing IT projects and programs.
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience leading and coaching Agile teams.
- 3+ years experience administering Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience with the SDLC.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Government Project Management experience (2+ years).
- Experience implementing Scrum and Kanban in technical teams.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure (2+ years).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

- A hybrid work situation with one day of on-site work per week is required.
