This position offers valuable experience and a stepping stone for a career at one of the Southwest's largest OEM equipment manufacturers. You will be responsible for Level 1 Help Desk Support and will have opportunities to collaborate with various departments, software applications, and develop a well-rounded IT skillset in networking, security, Hyper-V, and VEEAM. Position Overview Assist with daily maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and software applications. Gain exposure to networking principles, cybersecurity, physical security, and more. Support our 3D Printing/Rapid Prototyping efforts, including equipment printing and maintenance. Serve as a knowledge resource for our main software applications, including Microsoft 365, SolidWorks, Document Management, CRM, ERP, and general Windows Desktop and Server knowledge. Assist with daily workflow and document management within the Document Control System. Opportunities for growth and promotion within the IT Department, including industry certifications and training. Requirements Working knowledge of Windows-based Servers and PCs is essential. Experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, cybersecurity, and WordPress is a plus.
