MEET THE TEAM

Meet our exceptional team

Front desk, hygiene and Dr. Ben work from the same records, so nothing has to be explained twice.

THE PEOPLE

The people you will see each visit

A small team, which is why the schedule and the treatment plan stay joined up.

WHO DOES WHAT

So you know who to ask

Four people, four clear jobs. Call the office and whoever answers can point you at the right one.

Booking and insurance

LAURA
Your call, your schedule and the insurance check before the appointment, plus the written estimate you take home.

Cleanings and gum health

MAY
Hygiene appointments, periodontal charting and the home-care advice that keeps the next visit short.

Chairside through treatment

MINA
Setting up the room, staying with you through the procedure and talking you through aftercare.

Diagnosis and treatment

DR. BEN
The exam, the images, the plan and the work itself — the same dentist from first visit to last.
WHO YOU WILL DEAL WITH

A small team, so nobody is a stranger

Three people run the floor alongside Dr. Ben, and they have been here long enough to know your history before you sit down. The person who takes your call is usually the person who greets you.

HOW LONG THEY HAVE BEEN HERE

Kept, not replaced

The office manager, the hygienist and the assistants have been with the practice for years rather than months, and they train on the equipment as it comes in. Continuity is why a recall appointment takes minutes rather than a full history.

EXPERIENCE EXCEPTIONAL CARE
