HOW BILLING WORKS HERE
No surprises at the front desk
The office manager handles the claim for you. You are told the number before treatment, not sent it afterwards.

FINANCING
Work out a monthly payment
Set the slider to the treatment figure you have been quoted and choose a term. The result is the amount split evenly across those months on an approved 0% APR plan.
Treat it as a guide rather than an offer. The arrangements actually open to you are confirmed at the consultation, once the plan and your insurance portion are known.

PLANS WE ACCEPT
Insurance accepted at Talega Dental Group
If your plan is not listed, call the office and ask — out-of-network claims can often still be filed on your behalf.

Not listed, or unsure what your plan covers? Call and the front desk will check.
IF YOU ARE NOT INSURED
Treatment without a plan behind it
Plenty of our patients pay for their own care. Tell us at the consultation and the plan is built around what matters first, so urgent work is done and the rest is staged rather than presented as one bill.
Ask the front desk what payment arrangements are open to you before you commit to a course of treatment.
BILLING QUESTIONS
Insurance, answered plainly
The office manager can check your specific plan on the phone before you book.
Will you check my cover for me?
Yes. Give us your plan details when you book and we verify the benefits before your appointment.
What if my plan is out of network?
We can still treat you and file the claim. The estimate will show what the plan is likely to reimburse.
Do I pay on the day?
The patient portion is due at the appointment unless something else has been agreed with the front desk in advance.
Can I get an estimate before committing?
Every treatment plan is presented in writing with the plan portion and your portion set out separately.
Does insurance cover Invisalign?
Some plans include orthodontic benefit and some do not. We check yours specifically rather than quote a general figure.
Is my unused benefit carried over?
Most dental plans reset each year and do not roll over, so treatment already planned is best finished before the year ends.
